He founded ARlogic Solutions to give professional service firms a smarter, faster way to get paid while improving the client experience.

Theresa is a federally authorized Enrolled Agent with a background in business administration and economics. She specializes in taxpayer representation and brings hands-on expertise to ARlogic’s operations and partner support.

Kate oversees operations, systems, and partner experience at ARlogic Solutions. With years of experience in operational strategy and client success, she focuses on building scalable processes that make financing simple for firms and their clients.

With decades of experience in tax law and financial problem-solving, Chris has spent his career helping individuals and firms find clarity in complicated situations. As an advisor to ARlogic, he brings thoughtful guidance and a steady, strategic perspective to our mission of simplifying financing for professional service firms.

Mary serves on the ARlogic Advisory Board, drawing on her background in business and client service to help guide operational planning and partner support initiatives. She brings a strong understanding of the challenges professional service firms face, and helps ensure our solutions remain practical, accessible, and client-first.

Virginia is a corporate attorney who provides legal insight and governance guidance to ARlogic Solutions and ARlogic Lending. Her expertise in corporate structure, compliance considerations, and professional-services regulations helps ensure that ARlogic operates responsibly and is built for long-term, sustainable growth.

Caper, ARlogic Solutions' official mascot and beloved office dog, is a five-year-old golden retriever who belongs to Theresa. He excels in offering warm greetings and comforting clients in need. When he's not at the office, Caper enjoys walks and swims on Jemison Trail, playing fetch, and relaxing on the couch. It's a dog's life!
